As the title says, Alessio Cavatore lead game designer of the 3 main GW game system left GW.
He has actually written the 8th edition of Warhammer Fantasy, but has now left.

I personally think this is very bad news. Alessio Cavatore had always been the person I liked the most In GW since I started playing. he has 'taught' all the other game designers who are now working in GW. He has also written 5th ed. warhammer 40k which is, in my opinion, the best version of a rules in time.
On the other hand he had been in GW for 12 years.
There will be an interview with him in short time which will be shown in the italian site in Italian. when i'll have my hands on it i'll traduce it and post it here.


I don't know if it has been already posted but I checked and it doesn't seem.

Si vocifera che stesse lavorando all'edizione del fantasy in uscita quest'anno e che, a seguito di pesanti modifiche fatte al suo operato, abbia deciso di andarsene...

bhè...se io lavorassi alla GW non me ne andrei per andare, ad esempio, alla Blizzard...il resto non tiene testa ai colossi del mondo ludico (Rackham docet)

Beh dai, la Rackham non è fallita a causa della GW, ma per la mossa più assurda che si possa immaginare (plastica predipinta).
Comunque, il cambiamento fa bene.. dicono.. sperin ben...
